What is Sasquote?
Sasquote is a purpose-built CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tool for SaaS resellers and MSPs. It automates coterm proration, renders branded PDFs, and tracks acceptance — so you can send an accurate quote in under a minute.
How does coterm proration work?
When you add a mid-term product to an existing contract, Sasquote calculates the exact days remaining until the shared end date and prorates every line item to match. No spreadsheet math, no rounding errors.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card required to start.
How much does Sasquote cost?
Lite is $29/month (10 quotes/month), Standard is $55/month (unlimited quotes, 5 users, payment collection), and Premium is $85/month (adds Sales Leader dashboards and open tracking). Pay annually to save ~10%.
Can I collect payment on a quote?
Yes. On Standard and Premium, quotes can include a Pay Now link so customers can accept and pay in one step.
Does Sasquote integrate with my CRM?
Sasquote exports PDFs and shareable links that drop cleanly into any CRM. Direct integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce are on our roadmap.
How do you handle security?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security isolates every account, and sensitive admin actions are audit-logged.
Can multiple reps share a workspace?
Yes. Standard supports 5 seats. Premium adds a Sales Leader view so managers see every quote across the team.
What happens when I hit the Lite plan quote limit?
Lite includes 10 sent quotes per calendar month. When you hit the cap, you can save and draft freely — sending resumes next month or after upgrading to Standard.
Is there an app?
Sasquote is a web app that works great on phones and tablets. To add it to your home screen, open Sasquote in your browser, tap the Share button (iPhone/iPad) or the menu (Android), and choose 'Add to Home Screen'. It will launch like a regular app, no app store required.
How is Sasquote different from a spreadsheet?
