4. Subscription, Billing, and Merchant of Record

Sasquote is operated by Sasquote, LLC (also referred to as "Sasquote LLC"), an Ohio limited liability company. Certain features require a paid subscription.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen billing cycle.

Unless otherwise stated:

Subscriptions automatically renew.
You may cancel renewal at any time before the next billing period.
Refunds are available in accordance with our Refund Policy, which provides a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

Sasquote does not guarantee the accuracy of pricing, tax calculations, or estimates generated from user-provided information.

11. AI Features

If AI-powered features are offered, they are intended to assist users and may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete results.

You remain responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending quotes or proposals to customers.

12. Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Scheduled maintenance, updates, outages, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Threaten the security of the platform
Fail to pay subscription fees

Users may close their accounts at any time.

Termination does not relieve any payment obligations accrued before termination.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SASQUOTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SASQUOTE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sasquote and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
